We enjoyed this small hotel, nothing to complain about. The breakfast was great with numerous options, there were eggs and bangers. The decor was cosy, the room was excellent. This accommodation had a central setting very close to football stadium. 

Comfortable and well-equipped room, with a nice folding chair and coffee making facilities. 👍 Great service all around.

The location was brilliant and easy, not too far from The Bars. The breakfast was incredible with great bacon and perfect poached egg and the ambience was quiet.

The staff were chatty, didn't expect that coming.

The bed was exceptionally comfortable, I enjoyed it.

The location was great and lovely, near to the football stadium, all attractions in York, and a walk away from city centre. Botanic gardens was also relatively near the hotel.

The room was clean and welcoming, and it had all the necessary amenities including a hair dryer and a kettle, and the bed was exceptionally comfortable; the location was convenient, close to the town center. 

The units are airy, high quality.

The hotel is clean and wonderful, with a great and lovely location close to the train station. The location is very close to sights, and the staff is friendly. The rooms are airy and beautifully designed, with lovely matching 

The breakfast was very good, there was a free choice of sweet things like fruits, cereals, yoghurts and juices and according to the menu the choice of the traditional breakfast. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Short

The venue is fairly clean, the staff is very helpful. Magnificent and perfect location to everything in York, you can walk everywhere. It's not very far from Costa Coffee, I tried nice desserts there. The property offers reasonable 

The breakfast here was fantastic, offering a variety of options and delicious poached eggs and bacon, we really enjoyed our stay and the rooms were great too.
